Pacific Eagle acquired this Class A site in downtown Chicago in 2010 and completely renovated the first 13 stories of the iconic 52-story IBM Tower that sits on the National Register of Historic Places. This 52-story building was completed in 1972 and was the last building to be designed by world renowned architect Mies van der Rohe. The Langham, Chicago has been open since mid-2013 and features 316 rooms and over 15,000 square feet of event/meeting space. The hotel received the #1 ranking by Travel+Leisure for “The 2014 World’s Best Awards” in the category of Top Large City Hotel in the US and was ranked the #6 hotel in the “Top 50 Best Worldwide”.
