Pacific Eagle (US) Real Estate Fund, LP, operated by U.S. based Pacific Eagle Holdings, is a joint venture between Great Eagle Holdings Limited and China Orient Asset Management (International) Holding Limited, a wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary of China Orient Asset Management Corporation.
The fund utilizes U.S. based capital to execute timely transactions and focuses principally on office, mixed-use, and residential opportunities in core gateway U.S. markets. The fund employs a value-added investment approach by leveraging Pacific Eagle’s expertise repositioning, renovating, and developing condominium and commercial office properties.
Through the fund, Pacific Eagle’s investment strategy is to acquire properties in rapidly growing cosmopolitan markets throughout the United States including New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and Washington D.C.
These markets have been chosen as a result of their historical performance for real estate investment, the employment drivers of regional economies, and each market’s growing embrace of urbanism and attractiveness to young professionals, families and empty nesters alike. These markets are 24‐hour cities, with nearby amenities, alternative transportation options, dense urban development, and proximity to higher education.
Pacific Eagle will also evaluate off‐market and exceptional opportunities in other major markets throughout the US made available by our broad base of relationships.
